What will we do in therapy?

Although treatment will vary between each client, it is common for me to use an in-depth approach to therapy that is meant not only to help you decrease the unwanted symptoms you are experiencing, but also encourage you to grow in your self-understanding, authenticity, and relationships. I invite you to speak freely about anything that comes to mind in sessions, including current issues, fears, desires, dreams, and fantasies. We may explore your past experiences in order to identify recurring themes and patterns as well as to free you from the bonds of those experiences so that you may live your life more freely here in the present. I may help you to gain insight into the relational defenses you have built up in order to enhance your capacity to find loving and balanced relationships. I will collaborate with you to meet your treatment goals and more.

What is your availability?

My schedule fluctuates, but I work Monday through Friday. Contact me and we will try to find a time that works for you!

What are your fees? Do you take Insurance?

I charge $150 per 45 minute session. I recommend weekly sessions for both individual clients and couples. Longer sessions will be prorated based on the hourly fee.

Although I only accept private pay, many PPO insurance companies will reimburse for some of the cost of therapy delivered by an out-of-network provider. Upon your request I will provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance company.

I offer a limited number of sliding scale spots based on need.
